Chef Nasibe Uluk

Born in 1996 in Batman, Turkey, Chef Nasibe Uluk discovered her passion for the culinary arts at an early age. Coming from a family with a long-standing tradition of cooking—especially her grandfathers who were chefs—she inherited a deep-rooted culinary heritage. Blending this cultural legacy with academic knowledge, she has emerged as a talented chef with remarkable expertise despite her young age.

After completing both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Mersin University, she is currently pursuing a PhD in gastronomy at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. At the same time, she serves as a Research Assistant in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Toros University.

Chef Uluk’s culinary philosophy is based on blending Turkey’s rich variety of local ingredients with the distinctive flavors of world cuisines—especially the healthy and refined essence of Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by tradition yet distinguished by modern techniques, her cuisine reflects creativity, precision, flavor, and quality in every dish.

As the guiding force behind Antipasto Restaurant’s culinary vision, Chef Nasibe Uluk views gastronomy as a form of expression and cooking as an art. With every new plate, she continues to tell her story—leaving a lasting impression on the palate.

Embarking on our journey with the slogan “Probably the Most Delicious Spot in Town,” Antipasto Restaurant has been taking gastronomy enthusiasts on a unique culinary adventure since March 2022.

Inspired by traditional recipes, our menu offers a wide range of dishes—from appetizers to desserts, mezes to main courses. We present carefully curated selections from both Turkish and international cuisines with a modern twist, combining creativity, care, and flavor in every plate.
